My name is Sean Ryder, and I'm a qualified personal trainer based in Penrith, Cumbria. I started RyderFit in 2021 when I qualified as a personal trainer. I have also been working in health and social care for 20 years, giving me a unique understanding of both physical and mental well-being.
My aim is, and always will be, to support all clients with their physical and mental well-being. I get to know my clients on a more personal level as it's important to know what makes them tick, where they struggle and make sure training plans are adapted to suit individuals needs.
As a personal trainer in Cumbria, I aim to educate clients as much as I can including form and technique of exercises, nutrition, how to set realistic goals, and most importantly how to adapt from quick fixes to long term focus.
Exercise classes are delivered at Emont Bridge Village Hall in Penrith but can also be joined online. The aim is to make them fun and different each session. RyderFit online training can help you lose body fat, increase muscle mass or help you improve your cardiovascular health. Easy to follow routines, advice and check ins help you achieve your goal.
I'm always happy to answer any questions so please get in touch.
